Prof. Dr. Olga Golubnitschaja has studied music, journalism, biotechnology, & medicine – all Diplomas with excellent marks and awards.
As Professor she is active at several European Universities and in international programmes for Personalised Medicine; Author of more than 200 international publications in the field of innovative medical sciences; the European Representative for “Predictive Diagnostics” at the EDRN, NIH /NCI-Network, USA; Secretary-General of the “European Association for Predictive, Preventive & Personalised Medicine”, Editor-in-Chief of “The EPMA Journal”, Springer and world-first book to the overall-concept of “Predictive Diagnostics & Personalised Treatment”, NSP, New York 2009; Co-Editor of “Personalised Medicine”, Book-series “Health Academy”, Dresden 2010; Since 2011 - Editor-in-Chief of the Book-Series “Advances in Predictive, Preventive and Personalised Medicine, Springer; scientific activities in early molecular diagnostics, predictive blood-tests applied to several cardiovascular, neurodegenerative and tumour diseases (Diabetes, Glaucoma, Glioblastoma, Breast Cancer, etc.), predictive perinatal and postnatal diagnostics, creation of personalised treatment algorithms.

Dr. Vincenzo Costigliola graduated in Medicine at the University of Naples in 1972 and with distinction, in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care at the University of Pisa in 1978. Completed studies in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Proctology, Oncology, Surgery, Drugs Abuse, Emergency Treatment, Disaster Action, Hospital Organization, Medical Teaching Methodology and Computer and Audio-Visual Training for the Medical Profession. Professional experience ranges from senior military positions as Chief of Medical Services in the Italian Navy, responsibility of the outpatients clinic of the Shape Hospital in Belgium and  since 1972 family practice in Italy and Belgium.  Medical advisor: NATO; WEU Bruxelles.
